Yandere Girlfriends: Imouto, Osananajimi, Senpai is a two-player lane battler card game. Each player plays as an alternate timeline of Makoto, a poor guy that three obsessive girls have claimed as their own. Each girl controls a zone of his life (Home, School, Town).
Players take turns playing cards in those zones, trying to win control of at least two out of three. Cards played face-up contribute their Devotion value and fire an ability; cards played face-down are worth a flat 2 and hide your intentions. Zone placement matters: matching zones give full value, adjacent zones halve it, and playing across the board drops it to nothing.
Rounds end when both hands are empty, or someone concedes early to limit the damage. Control two zones, and you score 5 points, but sweep all three, and you lose 3 instead, so try to win just enough without winning too much. The first to 12 points across multiple rounds wins the match.
An Advanced Mode shuffles the zone layout each round, adds bonus cards, and high-cost Devotion 7–8 cards. The core game stays tight: read the board, bluff when it counts, and don't let your opponent outmaneuver you.
