Vilnius, a city of alchemy and magic, where steam-powered carriages rush through the streets, automatons serve in taverns, and magnificent airships fly over the Cathedral. However, the Russian Empire is not prepared to accept the changed political situation: its agents are stirring up chaos in the free cities. They are not alone – pirates disturb the peace in the skies, and one of the most mysterious organizations – the Revivers – is building an unstoppable war machine, the Iron Wolf, in the catacombs of Vilnius.
