There's no turns and you need to play a card with the next day or same worker currently on top of the discard pile. Or you could play a card face down as a doctor's note, making it wild. But if go to play at the same time as someone else, you both take the card back and draw a couple more cards as a punishment. Naturally, you can't play immediately after yourself either. The first half of the players to use all their sick days lose fatigue counters. Lose all your fatigue to win! It's a hilarious climbing shedding game fun for the whole family!
