Threads of Time is a cozy, competitive card game about family memories, unfinished quilts, and good old-fashioned sibling rivalry.
Grandma’s beloved old quilt is falling apart, and the family has gathered to restore it. But while everyone claims they are helping out of love, each player is also quietly trying to prove that they contributed the most. Over the course of the game, players place patch cards onto two shared quilts: restoring the Vintage Quilt and building a brand-new Modern Quilt.
Each patch has placement restrictions, scoring opportunities, and directional patterns that make every card matter. Players must balance careful planning with tactical interference, finding the best places to stitch their patches while limiting their opponents’ options. The result is a warm, approachable game with clever spatial decisions, shared-board tension, and just enough meanness hiding under the blanket.
