Players lead a desert gang, choosing different heists to roll and keep varying amounts of loot dice. Gangs can store loot, spend it on Clutter Cards, or use it to power up helpful Gadget Cards.
When skulls are rolled, opposing gangs have the opportunity to steal loot and get ahead. Players can choose to push their luck and reroll any non-skull dice, potentially leading to a better outcome...or more skulls.
The first gang to purchase all four of their Clutter Cards is crowned rulers of the Grabi Desert.
