You’ll play as holidaymakers arriving in legendary Palanga, ready to enjoy unforgettable adventures, feast on iconic local food, explore famous attractions, meet colorful locals and tourists, and, of course, spend the night at grandma’s cozy rental. Will you have the most fun holiday and outshine the other visitors? Močiučių Palanga is a quick-playing strategic board game - simple enough for non-gamers to pick up, yet deep enough to serve as a thinky filler for experienced players. Each player starts the game with 1 grandma card. In the standard variant, the card grants a unique one-time effect to the player, while in the advanced variant, it provides an ongoing special ability for the entire game. During the game, you’ll draft cards from a display of 5 revealed cards, building a personal tableau in front of you. Your goal is to score the most victory points by optimizing the various scoring conditions shown on the cards. On your turn, you must choose one of two actions: Take 2 cards from the display into your hand, or Play 1 card from your hand. To play a card, you must discard other cards from your hand that show matching cost symbols. The game ends once any player has played 12 cards.
