A tableau-building and worker-movement game that challenges you to leverage opportunity to achieve the greatest Harmony (victory points).
As a Grand Architect with the power to command golems, your mission is to construct the most prosperous and harmonious pyramidal structures, elevating your animal-civilization toward the skies.
When you deploy your golems, worker placement is not about blocking opponents, but about enabling new moves. The presence of any worker on a space of the 3D-pyramidal board allows subsequent workers—yours or your opponents'—to step over them and reach more distant, valuable resource locations. Managing your own resources, hand of cards, and the positioning of all workers on the Temple board is key to maximizing your gains.
Cards from your hand must be utilized as Foundations to create the base of your structures, following a rule that encourages pyramidal building upwards.
Construction: Spend resources to Construct Buildings on these foundations, gaining powerful permanent abilities that increase in strength the higher up you build them.
Citizens: Alternatively, you can Settle Citizens to your city, providing valuable immediate effects.
The game concludes when a player completes their final required building, leading to a scoring round where Harmony Points are awarded for your towering buildings, settled citizens, and remaining resources. Only the architect who best manages their resources, strategically uses the Temple, and builds the most harmonious high-rise will win.
