JumbleJack is a high-energy deduction party game wrapped in a cursed pirate ritual. Each player is a member of a villainous pirate crew with a hidden identity determined at the start of the game. Every crew member has a unique combination of Hat, Hook, Cape, and Sword. The goal is to dress the JumbleJack to match the player it is handed to, and hope the curse doesn’t land on you.
The player holding the JumbleJack Doll is safe from accusation. Each round, players debate, accuse, and read each other while tracking who has what. When the table is ready, everyone chants “JUM… BLE… JACK!” and points to decide who will face the ritual.
The chosen player receives the Doll, and the current holder may add or remove one accessory before passing it along. The target must reveal just enough information to survive, but cannot lie about what is shown. Bluffing, memory, and timing all shape the outcome.
If the Doll matches a player’s secret identity exactly, they are cursed and lose, while everyone else survives. To win, avoid being the match. If the game reaches its final ritual, everything comes down to one last call where one player survives… or everyone else does.
