Opis w języku angielskim: The general objective of this work is to create a game with a legal theme to be used as a method of teaching Brazilian criminal procedure, more specifically, a pedagogical tool aimed at teaching/learning the Jury Court procedure according to the Brazilian Code of Criminal Procedure, but in a playful and interesting way. OBJECTIVE Convince the majority of the jurors (4 or more out of a total of 7 jurors) HOW TO PLAY Starting with the ACCUSATION, players take turns choosing a card from their hand and placing it face up next to a JURORS on their side of the table. It does not have to be the same one. Once placed, the card cannot be moved to another JURY. After playing the card from his hand, the player draws a card from the deck of EVIDENCE and passes the turn to his opponent. If the EVIDENCE deck is empty, the game continues without players drawing any more cards. A JURY card cannot have more than three EVIDENCE cards on each side of the table. NOTE: When playing a TEST card on a JURORS who already has another card(s), position the new card so that you can identify all the cards in that formation that influence the JURORS. The first player to place 3 cards on the same judge will place a chip of his/her color on the judge to have preference in the tiebreaker. When all the JURY cards have 6 EVIDENCE cards each (3 on each side of the table), the first phase of ORAL DEBATES ends. At the end of the ORAL DEBATES, the conviction of the JURIES will be assessed. CONVINCING THE JUDGES To claim a JUDGE card at the end of the game, you must have a stronger combination of cards than the one played by your opponent. The possible combinations, from strongest to weakest, are described below: 5 - Suited sequence: three cards of the same suit with strengths in sequence. The order in which the cards are played does not matter. 4 - Three of a Kind: three cards with the same strength. 3 - Same suit: three cards of the same suit. 2 - Simple sequence: three cards of any suit with strengths in sequence. The order in which the cards are played does not matter. 1 - Sum: any three cards. VICTORY Whoever has the most JURY cards will be the winner.
