Cast spells and move around the game board to become the next champion of the land. With a starting hand of spell cards you can upgrade throughout gameplay, each player becomes more powerful, giving more opportunity to battle stronger monsters and complete harder quests. Make each game unique by choosing a different hero with special abilities, different starting spells, and even change the game board by rearranging the tiles that make up the play space. The pixel art on each card brings an element of 1990s video games to life, bringing old arcade games and dungeon crawlers to your tabletop. Conquerors and Conquests is a Dungeons and Dragons campaign without the roleplaying, choices only being able to be made from the spell cards in front of you and the items in your hand, entirely played in 90-120 minutes. —description from the publisher
