After the successful launch of the Belmontours travel agency, it’s time for a major expansion across Europe!
As official agents of the company, your mission is to open new offices in the continent’s most important cities. But beware—success won’t come easily. To triumph, you’ll need strategic thinking, knowledge of geography, and smart resource management.
Each player represents a commercial agent, traveling through Europe to establish Belmontours offices. Your meeple (agent) moves by:
- Train: across land borders between neighboring countries.
- Ship: between countries that share the same sea.
- Airplane: to travel farther and faster—at a higher cost.
Or you can stay put to earn extra money instead of moving.
Wherever you go, you may open a new office by placing one of your disks. If you’re the first to open an office in a country, you also gain that country’s collector card.
If another player already has an office there, you still have a chance! You can attempt to open your own office for free by correctly answering a geography question about that country, asked by the last player who built there. If you answer incorrectly, you must pay that player instead. Offices stack in a tower, showing how many agencies are competing in each country.
Throughout the game, players pursue public and secret objective cards, each listing 3–5 countries to connect or occupy. Completing objectives earns you victory points at the end of the game. The game continues until a player completes a set number of objectives (depending on the number of players). Then, everyone plays one final round before the final scoring.
At the end of the game, players score points for completed objectives, regional majorities in Europe’s five commercial zones, tower’s height and remaining money.
