Baba Is You: The Board Game

Based on the critically acclaimed indie video game Baba Is You, this board game adaptation is a head-to-head puzzle where the rules are built on the board. In each game, you play a scenario that is made up of a combination of two or more levels. The levels are organized into worlds — we recommend playing through an entire world (five scenarios total) in one session, but you can break it up as much as you like.

At the start of any scenario, one player controls Baba (the board reads “Baba is YOU,” pointing at that player), and the other player controls Keke (the board reads “Keke is YOU,” pointing at that player).

To win, you must move something that is YOU onto something that is WIN (or vice versa). At the start of the game, nothing is WIN — you must use your actions to make something WIN and move onto it before your opponent can! But making something WIN is only the tip of this iceberg of possibilities. What happens when your opponent can control Keke and Rocks? Or when Baba is STRONG — strong enough to squash Keke? Or when the Flag is SCARED of anything that passes nearby? Or when the River is HOT enough to MELT other things? The possibilities are endless in this strategic puzzle game!

Baba Is You: The Board Game features 35 unique levels to discover, each with special rules. Play through a one-hour world with any player or an epic seven-world campaign with the same opponent! After exploring the preset worlds, mix and match levels for endless variety and custom scenarios!
