Opis w języku angielskim: September 7, 1568, Oda Nobunaga sent troops from Gifu of Mino province. In just over one month, Oda Clan conquered Kyo, suppressed Kinai, and helped Ashikaga Yoshiaki, the last shogun, to restore formal authority. Sengoku Japan was shaken dramatically.
Beneath the brief peace, however, a new storm was gathering. Powerful daimyos were waiting for their opportunities. It was rumored that the shogun, unwilling to become Nobunaga's puppet, was secretly sending letters, pulling up an "Anti-Nobunaga Alliance." The next decade witnessed the most spectacular and turbulent years of Sengoku Period. Finally, in 1578, with the sudden death of Uesugi Kenshin and the overwhelming victory of the Oda navy in the Second Battle of Kizukawaguchi, the unification of Japan could never again be stopped.
The lineage of A New Order of Samurai could be traced back to Here I Stand and Virgin Queen. From that basis, the game adds sub-systems and components unique to the 16th century Japan, including different clan traits, legendary generals and skills, provinces and vassalization, merchants and intelligence, and the dreadful Ikko-ikki (large-scale rebellion by the lower class).
A card-driven, panoramic multiplayer war game set in mid-late Sengoku Japan, A New Order of Samurai covers this period's major political, military, diplomatic, and economic events. 3 to 6 players will control major Sengoku powers: Oda Clan, Takeda Clan, Uesugi Clan, Tokugawa Clan, Mori Clan, and the Hongan-ji. Each power has its own unique way of winning. You must form diplomatic alliances, fight against each other, recruit troops, deploy your army, and overwhelm opponents with strength and strategy. The daimyo who wins these clashes will hold sway over Japan's future.
